Asahi Refining took over Johnson Matthey in December 2014 and began using their refineries in the U.S. and Canada to mint new bars and rounds with the same classic Johnson Matthey standards and purity but with the new Asahi Refining logo. These bars contain 10 troy ounces of .999 fine silver and are an easy way to add quality bullion to one’s collection.

Obverse: The Asahi Refining logo, the weight, and the purity are all inscribed.

Reverse: The diagonally repeating Asahi logo is inscribed with a frosty, lustrous background.
