Asahi Refining took over Johnson Matthey in December 2014 and began using their refineries in the U.S. and Canada to mint new bars and rounds with the same classic Johnson Matthey standards and purity but with the new Asahi Refining logo. These rounds contain 1 troy ounce of .999 fine silver and are an easy way to add quality bullion to one’s collection.
