Description
These Incuse Indian Silver rounds are privately minted by the Golden State Mint in the USA. They are designed after the highly popular $2.50 and $5.00 Indian Head Gold Coins minted by the US Mint from 1908 to 1929. Some of these coins have the 1929 date on them; however, the Golden State Mint has begun transitioning the design to no longer have this date on the coin. Because of the transition, some coins may have the date while others will not. The rounds come in various sizes, weights, and metals. This particular coin contains 5 troy ounces of .999 fine silver.
Reverse: The Incuse Indian Chief design, 15 stars, and the word “Liberty” are inscribed. Some coins may have the “1929” date on this side as well.
Obverse: An American Bald Eagle grasping onto arrows and an olive branch, indicative of war and peace. Also inscribed are “IN GOD WE TRUST,” “E PLURIBUS UNUM,” the weight and purity.
