Very easily recognized and very collectible, cull Morgan or Peace Silver Dollars are a great and relatively inexpensive way to invest in silver. These will be off-quality coins; they might be excessively worn, cleaned and / or polished, scratched, nicked, gouged or otherwise damaged, but they will have readable dates and no holes. These coins are 90% silver and 10% copper, and when in brand new, mint condition, they contain .7734 ounces of pure silver, but excessive wear will reduce their weight somewhat. While we cannot guarantee the specific makeup of each lot, we try to include some Morgan Dollars and some Peace Dollars in each lot, depending on our available inventory. Coins will arrive in a variety of damaged conditions – the coins pictured are just an example of the quality you might receive.
