The coin depicts a blindfolded Lady Justice, complete with a sword and scale, balancing the burdens associated with ensuring justice for all (blindfolded so as not to discriminate) by delivering penalties (via sword) to those who upset the balance of justice (represented by the scale). This coin was masterfully given an antique finish to highlight its features, and it is limited to a strict mintage of only 5,000 coins.
