Description
The silver panda series features a yearly changing design and originated by the People’s Republic of China as a new series in 1983. This 2007 coin contains one troy oz. of .999 fine silver, and features two pandas, a mother and cub, feeding on bamboo trees.
Obverse: The Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests at the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, the date, and the phrase “People’s Republic of China” written in Chinese.
Reverse: A mother Panda with her cub feeding on bamboo, the denomination, weight and purity.
