Description
This 1/10 troy oz platinum coin was manufactured in 1987 by Argor-Heraeus SA Mint in Switzerland. There was a limited mintage of only 2000 coins!
Obverse: “Helvetia,” who is the female personification of Switzerland (similar to Lady Liberty is for the United States), is shown with a flowing gown and windblown hair. She sits with a sword in one hand and a shield bearing the Swiss flag in the other.
Reverse: The Matterhorn mountain peak in the Pennine Alps is shown, along with the weight, purity, and year.
Diameter: 17.5 mm.
