The America the Beautiful Silver Coin Series is notable for it’s large, and beautifully designed illustrations, making them a prized gift for the discerning silver collector. The Specimen version of this coin is vapor blasted after minting, giving them a distinctive matte finish. They are also incased in plastic capsule for added protection and are placed in a presentation box. In addition the Specimen version is distinguished from the bullion version by the “P” mint mark engraved below “IN GOD WE TRUST”

This coin commemorates the White Mountain National Forest. Established in 1918, this park cover more than twenty five percent of New Hampshire, with a total area of 750,852 acres. It’s highest peak, Mount Washington is 6,288 feet and is named after US president George Washington.

The reverse of this coin depicts Mt. Chocorua, the easternmost peak on the Sandwich Range, framed by birch trees.
